Ramadan Food Drive During the month of Ramadan in 2019, SAF Australia organized a full-fledged ‘Food Drive’ that lasted for 4 weeks There were food hampers that were packed and distributed amongst countless refugees, single-mothers and people inflicted from deadly ailments. Join us in our efforts this Ramadan to collect In Kind donations of rice, pasta, oil and sugar as well as, online donations to help purchase food items locally, for food packages for refugee families in need. Packed with food important to the local diet as well as essential nutrients and vitamins, our Ramadan food boxes help provide food to vulnerable families across the globe. For just $125 per box, your efforts can help support over 665,000 people this year. In Ramadan, providing food transcends mere sustenance; it becomes a sacred act of kindness and empathy. Sharing meals exemplifies the essence of Ramadan, fostering unity, compassion, and generosity within communities. With our Ramadan feeding program, we were able to provide swift intervention to highly demanding financial burden that came with the crisis, we catered for about 100 communities in more than 5 states in Nigeria, by providing foods to less privileges. This year, we are expanding the Food Drive across the Tri-Valley. We hope Heroes4Hunger’s Ramadan Food Drive can raise enough money to feed everyone who needs support during the month of Ramadan, no matter their background. Last year, thanks to your generous donations, we were able to support countless families in Pakistan, helping them put food on their tables despite the hardships they face. Families, including children, the elderly, labourers, single mothers, and many others, were able to break their fast with nutritious meals, all because of your kindness. The Ramadan Food Drive provides essential food packages to underprivileged families in Pakistan during the holy month of Ramadan. With donor support, we distribute nutritious meals to promote spiritual reflection, while alleviating the burden of inadequate nutrition. Food Drive. Annually, ISOS distributes food cards to those in need and especially during the 9th Islamic calendar month, called Ramadan, the holy month for Muslims when they fast and remember those in need. In addition to the WINCO food cards, in 2016, Islamic Relief USA (IRUSA) had provided ISOS with about 200 food boxes for Ramadan distribution. Muslimah foundation is commencing the annual Ramadan Food Drive (RFD) 2020 where we will be distributing only Raw food this year due to COVID 19. We solicit for your help at this trying time. Each box includes food staples such as rice, flour, sugar, oil, dates etc., sufficient for a family of 5 for the entire month of Ramadan.
