We mean, we’ve witnessed kunafa with watermelon and cola, zalabya cheesecake, and basbousa topped with kunafa. Last year TBS introduced their cronafa dessert, which is a croissant rolled in kunafa. It went from the mango Kunafa frenzy to the red velvet Kunafa craze, and then came the Nutellization of our eastern desserts. This Ramadan, TBS just revamped our favorite dessert turning it into what is now known as Cronafa. 1 tbs lemon juice, strained. Method.
